Waseda University Institute of Digital Government in Japan, in cooperation with the International Academy of CIO (IAC) has released the 20th Waseda World Digital Government Rankings 2025, which marks digital transformation in advanced digital 66 countries/economies. This report represents the 20th consecutive year of monitoring and surveying worldwide digital government development with 10 Indicators. The Dialogue on cooperation activities between the Japanese Digital Creative Industries and the Delegation of the Ministry of Digital Technologies/the Creative Association from Uzbekistan
Date 2025/10th-14th/March Release The delegation led by Mr. Sakurai, Advisor to the Minister of Digital Technology (MDT) of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Mr. Abduvali Khaydarov, President of Uzbekistan Creative Association (UzCA) visited Japan from March 10 to 13, 2025. The visit was conducted based on the “Memorandum of Intention (MoI) for Digital Cooperation” signed between CICC and MDT in January 2024, MDT,UzCA visited companies, industry associations, universities, educational institutions, and government agencies to exchange the view of current status of Digital Creative Industry both in Japan and Uzbekistan, as well as future cooperation in this area. Report of Conference on Digital Strategies in Asian Countries
Date January 16, 2025 Venue AB Hall, 2nd Floor, JJK-Kaikan, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Event Results Center of the International Cooperation for Computerization (CICC) invited keypersons in digital strategies from ASEAN and South Asian governments and other organizations to Japan. The seven participating countries were Brunei, Cambodia, Lao, Myanmar, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam. At the conference, representatives from each country gave presentations on their country's digital strategies, followed by a Q&A session and exchange of opinions.
