ウズベキスタンデジタル技術省及びウズベキスタンクリエイティブ協会訪問団によるデジタルクリエイティブ産業との2国間交渉と意見交換実施について

ウズベキスタン共和国デジタル技術省（MDT）桜井大臣顧問及びウズベキスタンクリエイティブ協会（UzCA）Abduvali Khaydarov会長による訪日団が、2025年3月10日から13日の日程で訪日され、一般財団法人 国際情報化協力センター(CICC)の協力のもと、我が国のデジタルクリエイティブ産業関連機関との間で協力関係構築のための訪問視察を行った。2024年1月にCICCとMDTとの間で締結された「デジタル協力に向けたMoI（Memorandum of Intention）」に基づき実施したもので、企業、業界団体、大学・教育機関及び政府機関を訪問し面談・意見交換を行った。訪問先は、ポールトゥウィン株式会社、株式会社デジタルナレッジ、A1 Japan LTD社、一般社団法人日本動画協会、杉並アニメーションミュージアム、国際ゲーム開発者協会、一般財団法人デジタルコンテンツ協会、東京国際工科専門職大学、筑波大学、京都情報大学院大学、京都精華大学、総務省、経済産業省等で、短期間ではあるが精力的な訪問となった。日本におけるアニメーション産業の市場規模は年間3兆円、デジタルクリエイティブ産業全体の市場規模は年間13兆円と成長著しく、急速にデジタル化が進められており、高度な技術人材の充足と利活用が喫緊の課題となっている。国家成長戦略としてデジタル産業発展を打ち出しているウズベキスタンは今後日本市場に向け、当該分野への積極的なアプローチを進めていく方針である。
